Now it’s the lawns turn

The lawn now needs to have a good basis so that it can grow lush and green over the summer. Take a look at our lawn tips where you can find everything you need to know about fertilising with Organic CleanLawn.

Brown spots in the lawn

Lawns that have brown, almost circular, diffuse spots in winter are often suffering from snow mould. This fungal disease occurs in cold and humid weather, often after snowfall. Prevent this by aerating and adding sand to your lawn in the spring. Feed with a low-chloride potassium fertiliser if there is a potassium deficiency. The potassium fertiliser increases the lawn’s resistance to drought, frost, diseases and pests.
